SUBJECT: Windsor Farm PTO: November Newsletter

🍁 Big Wins at WINdsor Farm! 🍁

We know this month’s newsletter is coming to you a little later than usual, but we wanted to hold off just long enough to celebrate two huge wins together! Our very own Kathy Hogan was named AACPS Volunteer of the Month, and Windsor Farm officially earned 5-Star School status! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AACPS Volunteer of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Kathy Hogan, who has been named the AACPS Volunteer of the Month!

Kathy is the heart of so many Windsor Farm traditions. She is always the first to step up and lend a hand. From helping with events to supporting teachers and families, Kathy embodies the spirit of our community.

We’re so proud to see her kindness and dedication recognized by the county. Congratulations, Kathy - thank you for everything you do to make Windsor Farm a place where everyone feels welcome!

You can watch her receive this amazing award and recognition here: BOE Open Session - 11/5/2025

Windsor Farm is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ School!

The MSDE report cards have come out, and Windsor Farm has been designated with 5-star status!

School star ratings are based on multiple indicators, including academic achievement, academic progress, progress in achieving English language proficiency, school quality, and student success.

Windsor Farm’s designation as a 5-star school is a testament to all of the incredible work that happens at WFES and the dedication that our teachers and staff have to our students and families. There's a reason we are now the highest-rated school on the Broadneck peninsula!

Congrats to Windsor Farm on this amazing accomplishment! Now let's celebrate!

We couldn’t be prouder of our school community. From dedicated volunteers to our incredible staff and students, these honors reflect what makes Windsor Farm so special. The energy is high as we roll into November - full of fun events, gratitude, and spirit as we head toward Thanksgiving break. Read on to see what’s happening and how you can get involved! Let’s keep soaring, Eagles! 🦅
