🦅 Flying Into Fall at Windsor Farm 🦅


Welcome back — officially!

This year is packed with fun events, chances to connect, and plenty of ways for families to get involved. Whether you pitch in or take part, we’d love to have you join us! We have some exciting new additions to PTO programs this year:

  • New Events 🎉 – Including PTO & Pizza, STEAM Night, and Eagle Games (in partnership with TGA)! 
    • Join us on September 19th for PTO & Pizza 🍕 – Did you know that PTO meetings are for everyone? This year, we are switching it up! Join us for free pizza, family fun, and games starting at 6 p.m., with a PTO meeting to follow at 7 p.m. (Don't worry, we will have activities for the kids during the meeting!) Learn about all the things happening this year at Windsor Farm! RSVP to make sure we buy enough pizza

  • PTO All Access Pass 🎟️ – Prepay online for most of the year’s fun: Events, Candy Grams, and PJ Days. (PrePay form available once you log in on our website.)

  • Birthday Books đź“š – We have a new way to recognize birthdays at Windsor Farm! Every student will receive a PTO-sponsored birthday book on their birthday (or half-birthday for summer birthdays)! Learn more

September Events


  • Sept. 2 – Schools closed - Labor Day

  • Sept. 9 – Back-to-School Night - 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

  • Sept. 16 – PTO & Pizza - 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
    Pizza, fun, and games starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by a hybrid PTO Meeting at 7:00 p.m. 

  • Sept. 19 – Last day of the Enrollment Drive - enroll by this date to be eligible for the grade-level and family incentives

  • Sept. 22 – Spirit Wear Sale starts (sale runs until October 3)

  • Sept. 23 – Schools closed - Rosh Hashanah

  • Sept. 24 – O’Loughlin’s Spirit Night - 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. (Dine-in only)

  • Sept. 28 – Windsor Farm's Maryland Corn Maze Day

2025-26 Enrollment Drive
Enroll Today!

Our Enrollment Drive is in full swing! Joining the PTO provides the financial support we need to keep our events and programs running. All PTO activities provide direct support to Windsor Farm students, teachers, and communities.

Join the PTO or update your contact information by September 19 to be eligible for grade-level and family incentives. Every family needs to update yearly, even if you’ve registered or joined before. 

✨ Family-Level Incentives ✨

All families who join the PTO through our paid options will be entered into a raffle with chances to win:

  • $50 in Spirit Wear – One-time use code to order spirit wear through our website

  • Free Yearbook – Courtesy of the PTO

  • Free Movie Night Pizza – Enjoy a free pizza at Movie Night


Families who join at the Community Champion level will also be entered to win:

  • Reserved Parking Spot for a Premier Event – Front row parking for an event of your choice (Back to School Night, Movie Night, Windsor Farm Formal, and more!)

✨ Grade-Level Incentives ✨

If 80% of students in a grade level are registered on the PTO website (any enrollment option) by Sept. 19, that grade earns a Glow Party sponsored by the PTO!

  • Last year, two grade levels hit the goal! Can your child’s grade do it this year?

Call for Room Parents!

Want to make a direct impact in your child’s classroom? Room Parents partner with teachers, coordinate classroom celebrations, and help keep families informed! We have all the tools you need to be successful - guides, templates, and an awesome room parent coordinator! 

Please sign up by September 12. We will begin assigning room parents the week of September 15.

💡 Open Roles: We’re still looking for parents to step into a few important roles! If you’d like to help coordinate Book Fair, Sponsorships, Teacher Appreciation, Digital Transformation, or the Windsor Farm Formal, we’d love to have you join the team!

If you are on your phone (possibly reading this at a sports practice) the link below to download the PTO Contact Info to text us your yearbook pictures - including those from Sneak-a-Peek and the First Day of School! It’s the easiest way to send in your photos and help make this year’s book unforgettable!

When you send them in, please include:

  • Child(ren)'s name(s)
  • Grade(s)
  • Event

This will help us get them to the right page in the yearbook!

New Sponsorship Program Launching!

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new PTO Sponsorship Program on September 16 during PTO & Pizza Night! This program gives local businesses and families the chance to support Windsor Farm while getting recognition in communications, at events, and online.

Your sponsorship helps fund student activities, teacher appreciation, community events, and more.
