Our 2025-26 PTO Enrollment Drive is HERE - and we want YOU to be part of it! The PTO plays a crucial role in supporting our school community, and by joining, you can help make a difference!
The 2025-26 Enrollment Drive runs until September 19, 2025!

Why Enroll?
|
Today’s PTO is about building community, making school more fun for kids, and supporting teachers in ways that truly count. This isn't your 90s PTO. We host events families look forward to, fund programs and extras that make a real difference, and create ways for everyone - yes, everyone - to get involved without it taking over your life.
When you join the PTO, you're not just signing up - you're becoming part of a community dedicated to supporting our school and enhancing the educational experience for all students. Your involvement helps fund essential programs, provides valuable resources, and supports teachers in creating engaging learning environments.
Here's what the PTO did last school year (2024-25):
- 🦅 Invested in our school through Windsor Wishes - $7,420 paid for whiteboard resurfacing and string instruments
- ✨ Launched the Community Fund and raised $1,535 to make school events and activities more accessible
- 🎉 Hosted 15 events - including two book fairs and free, community events like Family Game Night, Movie Night, and Family Art Night
- 🌳 Raised $10,500 to fund an Outdoor Discovery Center!
- 🙋🏻 Helped organize volunteers for school events and activities, including our amazing room parents who support teachers in the classroom
- 🚌 Supported guidance, field trips and experiential learning by funding $10,750 of the cost
- 📖 Designed and distributed the student yearbook
- 🍎 Hosted appreciation events and aided in the purchase of classroom supplies to support our incredible teachers and staff (we funded $6,000 towards this)
Long story short (long?), we do real work that makes a real difference. We fill in the gaps where the school funding stops.

To make this drive even more exciting, we're offering family and grade-level incentives for families that enroll by September 19th!
Enrollment or registration must be complete by 11:59:59 p.m. on September 19th to be eligible for the incentives.
Family Incentives
Enroll via any paid option
All families who join the PTO through our paid options will be entered into a raffle with a chance to win these great prizes:
- $50 in Spirit Wear - You will receive a one-time use code to order spirit wear through our website!
- Free Yearbook - One free yearbook courtesy of the PTO!
- Free Movie Night Pizza - Enjoy a free pizza on the house at Movie Night
Family Incentives
Enroll as a Community Champion
All families who join the PTO through the Community Champion option will also be entered to win:
- Raffle entry for a reserved front-row parking spot for every major school event (We will raffle one spot for every school event. All Community Champions receive one entry per event. Winners will be notified one week prior to the event. Winners for the Back-to-School Night Raffle will be notified by 9:00 a.m. on 9/8)
Grade-Level Incentives
Grade levels that get 80% registration via ANY option
Grade levels who have 80% OF STUDENTS REGISTERED ON PTO WEBSITE by September 19th will get a...
- Glow Party! Grade levels who achieve 80% participation via ANY enrollment option get a Glow Party sponsored by the PTO!
Last year two grade levels ended the year over 80%! Remember registrations need to get in BEFORE September 19th in order for it to count towards the goal!

Based on the feedback we received, this year we are offering a few different choices and price points when it comes to PTO membership!
The Classroom Connector, School Supporter, and Community Champion options require you to fill out the PTO Membership Form for 2025-2026.

CLASSROOM CONNECTOR - $15
Join the PTO! This enrollment level includes:
- Access to PTO communications, website, and newsletter
- Classroom-specific updates from your child’s room parent
- Sign-Up Hub - see all school sign ups in one place!
- Access to secure online directory
- Early bird discounts for yearbooks/events
- Voting rights during PTO meetings
SCHOOL SUPPORTER - $30
Includes everything from Classroom Connector, plus:
- $15 tax-deductible donation
- Windsor Farm Eagle water bottle sticker (sent home after drive ends)
COMMUNITY CHAMPION - $50
Includes everything from Classroom Connector, plus:
- $35 tax-deductible donation (includes $10 to Community Fund)
- Windsor Farm Eagle water bottle sticker (sent home after drive ends)
- Raffle entry for a reserved parking spot
PTO REGISTRATION - $0
If you want to stay informed, but not join the PTO:
