PTO COMMITTEES

Find your thing. Jump in when you can.

You don't have to take on a huge job to be involved with the PTO. Our committees bring together parents, caregivers, staff, and community members to help make Windsor Farm events and programs happen. Some roles are year-round. Others might only need a few hours.

There’s a place for everyone. Have a lot of time? Great. Have one afternoon? Also great. Pick something that sounds fun and help in a way that works for you.

Room Parents

Help strengthen the connection between classrooms, teachers, families, and the PTO. Room Parents help coordinate classroom volunteers and activities, share important PTO information, and pitch in when teachers need an extra set of hands.

After School Clubs

Help bring new after-school opportunities to Windsor Farm students. Committee members help recruit club hosts, coordinate registration, organize materials, support volunteers, and keep each club session running smoothly.

Help bring Battle of the Books to life for our 5th graders! Committee members support student activities, event planning, communications, and logistics leading up to the big competition with other Broadneck elementary schools.

Help us take care of the people who take care of our kids. This committee coordinates staff appreciation efforts, treats, meals, celebrations, and other ways to show Windsor Farm staff how much they are valued.

Movie Night

Help plan one of our favorite family nights. Volunteers support concessions, activities, setup, communications, event logistics, and cleanup so families can relax and enjoy the evening together.

Help families share what they no longer need and find things they can use. Volunteers help organize collections, sort items, set up the swap, manage the event, and coordinate remaining donations afterward.

Join the team behind our schoolwide family dance. Help with the theme, decorations, activities, refreshments, volunteers, setup, and everything needed to turn the school into a great night out.

Help create a hands-on night of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. This team develops activities, coordinates presenters and community partners, recruits volunteers, and brings the event together.
