JOIN THE PTO

Joining the Windsor Farm Elementary PTO gives all families the opportunity to engage with the school community. As a PTO member, you become part of a powerful organization dedicated to programs and initiatives that enhance your child's education and strengthen the family-school partnership. 

 

HOW TO JOIN

 

Step 1: Register for Membership Toolkit

Registering with the PTO will keep you in-the-know with our newsletters, include your family in the directory, see opportunities to make purchases, volunteer, and complete any paperwork - all online in one spot.

Step 2:
Complete the 2025-26 PTO Membership Form

 

Even if you have completed a membership form in a previous year, you must complete the form to be a member of the PTO for the 2025-26 school year.

You will be prompted to login. If you already have a Membership Toolkit account login with another organization, you can use the same log-in here.

 

ENROLLMENT OPTIONS

 

Classroom Connector - $15

Join the PTO! This enrollment level includes: 

  • Access to our PTO communications, website, and newsletter
  • Classroom specific communications from your child(ren)’s room parent
  • Sign-Up Hub - see all school sign ups in one place!
  • Access to our secure online directory to connect with other families
  • Early bird discounts for yearbooks and events
  • Voting rights during PTO meetings
 

 

School Supporter - $30

Includes everything from Classroom Connector, plus:

  • $15 tax-deductible donation
  • Windsor Farm Eagle water bottle sticker (sent home after drive ends)
 

Community Champion - $50

Includes everything from Classroom Connector, plus:

  • $35 tax-deductible donation (includes $15 to Community Fund)
  • Windsor Farm Eagle water bottle sticker (sent home after drive ends)
  • Raffle entries for front-row parking for every major school event 
We all need a helping hand sometimes. The Community Fund supports PTO enrollment, events, clubs, and extras for families who would like to participate in PTO activities, but may require some financial assistance.

 

If you would like to join the PTO, but are not able to financially at this time, assistance is available. Please reach out to Mrs. Haines at lehaines@aacps.org for more information.

 

 

If you want to stay informed, but do not want to enroll in the PTO at this time, then simply register with the PTO. Registration includes:

  • Access to our PTO communications, website, and newsletter
  • Classroom specific communications from your child(ren)’s room parent
  • Sign-Up Hub - see all school sign ups in one place!
  • Access to our online platform to purchase spirit wear and event tickets
