PTO FORMS FOR FAMILIES

Before you begin:

 

1️⃣ Register or Log In – You must first log in or register through Membership Toolkit. If you already have Membership Toolkit account through Windsor Farm or another school, you can use the same log in.

 

2️⃣ Update Your Information – Once you join or log into your Membership Toolkit account, you should be asked to validate your information for the 2026-27 school year. If not - please select this link.

  

After logging in and validating your information, here are the forms available for you to complete:

  

✅ Volunteer Interest Form – Let us know how (and when) you might want to help! There’s no commitment – this just adds you to our volunteer pool so you’ll hear about opportunities that fit your interests and schedule.

 

✅ Room Parent Sign-Up – Interested in being a Room Parent? Fill out this form and select the teacher(s) you would like to be a Room Parent for. Our Room Parent Coordinator will reach out in the first week of September!
